Understand business requirements and translate them into tangible outcomes. Ensure that recommended solutions are accurate, competitive and timely.
• Analyze current pricing strategies and develop solutions to win, grow, and retain work.
• Develop systematic pricing tools (templates, calculators, pricelists, etc.) to improve competitiveness, consistency, and efficiencies.
• Manage all campaign estimating strategies and process.
• Conduct profitability and variance analyses for different product lines and customer segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to recommend pricing adjustments.
• Manage Key Performance Indicator process.
• Develop and manage key reports and dash boards summarizing pricing performance and KPI's.
• Identify cost-saving opportuntieis and recommend strategies to improve standards.
• Manages and actively develops business tools including Monarch, SharePoint, etc.
• Be an interface between management, technology teams, support teams and business units.
• Other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or related field and or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers and teams to deliver optimum outcomes.
• Strong technical skills, business intelligence and a full understanding of the needs of the organization from printing processes, paper, ink, computer operation, and the competitive market
• Must know all printing equipment available and equipment’s’ respective running speeds and most efficient methods for producing any job and all types and grades of paper.
• Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
• Occasional walking
• Manual dexterity for repetitive work
• Frequent Sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Visually inspect all work for defects.
The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
