As a Corporate Legal Intern, you will gain vital experience learning and working with a fast-paced corporate legal team. Working closely with our legal team, you will contribute to projects and initiatives that support the company's legal, business compliance, and information-security compliance objectives. This internship is designed to provide exposure to a broad range of legal, business compliance, and information-security compliance matters, offering a valuable learning experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in corporate law and information-security compliance. An internship with Imagine means hands-on, real-life experience, learning from experts in the field of creative branding and print production.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and ambitious and have superb organizational abilities. This is an onsite role. Internship will be based out of our Twin Cities office.

Knowledge and Skills You Will Gain:
Information Security Compliance
• Assist in compiling evidence to support information-security compliance for audits and assessments
• Compile responses and coordinate internal tracking of responses and remediation
• Assist with internal audits
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity in IT and, potentially, assist with configuration and collection of evidence from information-security tools and utilities
Legal and Business Compliance
• Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research on a variety of corporate and business law topics
• Help maintain and organize legal documentation and records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in various business activities
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations
• Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed
Minimum Qualifications of Position:
• Currently enrolled in college or law school and pursuing a degree in law or a related field
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with corporate governance principles and legal compliance
The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
