The Associate Project Manager works closely with our experienced project management team to ensure that print projects are
executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with account managers and account executives to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate print jobs, specifications, and timelines with production, design, and logistics teams.
• Monitor project status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy of order details, including materials, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, escalating them to account managers as needed.
• Contribute to pre-production meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and providing updates.
• Track and resolve any production or delivery issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Assist with maintaining detailed records of client interactions, orders, and project progress in company systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on client needs and process efficiencies.
• Collaborate with quality control team to ensure final products meet customer expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in business, general studies, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in the printing or comparable industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in print manufacturing, materials and terminology
• Experience with Monarch and I-quote
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong interest in print production and project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members.

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
