The Client Communications Specialist is responsible for providing top-notch client service. Ability to accept responsibility and to have the ultimate authority and decisions over all logistic procedures driven within the Client Communications Team.

• Be the front-line communication for Imagine.
• Become proficient in Imagine systems.
• Research and assist internal and external clients with our “one-call resolution” expertise.
• Interact daily with our Account Management / Operational Teams
• Set our Logistics Team up for success, providing parameters for order direction and packing requirements.
• Generate reports pertaining to inventory, shipment tracking, and order history.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One-two years of Call Center experience, or two-three years of a Client Facing environment.

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
